Straight talk, worth it or not?
The shuttle service works fine, and I found a grocery store within walking distance. The comfortable bed made my short stay pleasant, fulfilling my overnight needs.
The swimming pool was closed during my visit since it was a major factor in my choice. the noise level from adjoining rooms interfered with my sleep.

Great stay with comfy vibes!
Our stay was pretty smooth! The location was super convenient, just a hop from the metro. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The beds? So comfy! The restaurant in the hotel was a nice surprise too, had some tasty meals. Just wish the breakfast hours were a bit earlier for early flight catchers.

aSo, I arrived after two hours of waiting for the shuttle, which clearly doesn't follow its schedule. My room had only half a roll of toilet paper. I nearly expected a grand upgrade after such a nightmare but, alas, had to settle for mediocrity. the lobby was a bustling mess, just delightful! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

We enjoyed our stay greatly! The room was tidy and comfortable, and my mom loved the charming little market nearby where we picked up snacks. The location was peaceful and just a short trip to the metro, making it easy to explore Madrid.
My kids wished the air conditioning worked better.

The shuttle service could be frustrating. several guests voiced complaints about it being fully booked at peak times, which could throw a spanner in your travel plans. Occasionally, there was a faint odor in the hallways, which detracted from the overall ambiance, and the sound insulation was lacking, making it easy to hear the conversations from neighboring rooms. on occasion, the Wi-Fi was slow, which wasn’t ideal for keeping up with galactic comms. Lastly, the pool area was often in the shade, making it less inviting than anticipated, and the breakfast options felt limited, particularly for those of us looking for a hearty morning meal.

Family with children recommend it for summer vacations
The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, when we checked in, the receptionist went above and beyond to explain how to navigate the metro system, even marking it on a map for us. Breakfast was a hit too, I always looked forward to those fresh orange juices, it made waking up early somewhat bearable!
It wasn't exactly economical, but I felt it was fair considering the amenities provided.
